Most high-end boiler manufactures; Baxi, Worcester, Vaillant etc, all have their own approved installer schemes. Being Approved helps highlight the Installers that have attended their advanced training schemes and are experts on their boilers.

 

Being an Approved Installer has benefits for both the Gas Engineer and the Homeowner….

What it takes to be a Baxi Approved Installer

As a Baxi Approved Installer, we must:

  • Adhere to the Baxi Approved Installer Code

  • Hold a valid Gas Safe Registration

  • Hold valid Public Liability Insurance

  • Attend regular training courses at Baxi

  • High standards of customer service

  • Install a minimum of 20 Baxi boilers within a rolling 12 months - This means lots of experience with Baxi products

  • Ensure every boiler installation meets Baxi’s high standards

 

Each of these requirements guarantees that we will install new boilers to a high standard, ensuring you only get the best.

  •  call before 10am (Monday to Friday) engineer visit same working day

  •  call between 10am and 5pm (Monday to Friday), engineer visit next working day

  •  call before 10am on Saturday, endeavour engineer visit same day

  •  call between 10am and 12noon on Saturday, engineer visit on Monday

  •  call before 12noon on Sunday, engineer visit on Monday

Non-urgent faults call before 3pm (Monday - Friday), engineer visit three working day response

* 'appliance off' means a boiler that is not producing heating or hot water, or leaks gas or water
